All of the above services fees are considered normal services that are attempted within five business days from time of receipt. An additional fee of $35.00 will be added for rush or same day service. A $15.00 service fee will be added for all pickups and deliveries of documents.
We are not limited to any location in either state and will provide services to any city, town or suburb. Additional fees may apply such as time and mileage charges when serving areas outside our normal service area. An hourly travel rate of $55.00 per hour and .45 cents per mile will apply for these type services. Any stake-out or surveillance of an address to effect service of the documents will be billed at $70.00 per hour plus the nornal service rate for those documents. This manner or service will only be applied upon written authorization from the Client.

All addresses must be correct. If we attempt service on an individual and find they have moved, the service will be considered complete. The original fee will be applied to any additional attempts to a new or corrected address. A $45.00 service fee will be apply for attempting to locate a forwarding address at the U.S. Postal facility that delivers mail at the given address and Zip Code.
We do provide skip tracing for your convenience. This fee will vary depending on the searches conducted. A normal skip-tracing fee will vary between $45.00 to $95.00
We will make at least two attempts on each civil service considering that we have a correct address, unless it is otherwise stated.
